This is all too familiar. I feel like this is my life with baking sometimes, especially using alternative flours, sugars, etc. That transition is a hard one - and I am desperately trying to overcome the fact that all purpose flour and sugar just do everything better... but it is really hard. These look SO delightful. I&#39;ve never made macarons before (too scared!!) but if I did, I&#39;d start with this. I have to say I&#39;m jealous. I&#39;ve tried making macs so many times and haven&#39;t had one success. You poor dear. I find baking desserts to be totally challenging whatever you do.
